I really love the lines and shapes X framed furniture adds to a room. Here are some great examples of X frames sneaking into a room and adding a quiet elegance that often goes unnoticed. Two simple blue stools create a bench at the bottom of this bed.
A whole bench adds a slightly different look to the foot of this bed.
Country chic cottage chairs
A console table
Leather Barcelona stools (and the perfect cozy spot for a Spaniel!)
I love this pretty wooden console.
Side tables
A very small X framed tray makes it into this vintage vignette
Do you like them as much as I do?

I love these – especially on small ottomans like you show here, console tables and desks!!
yes, X marks the spot. I also love lots of other letters too…

Yes, I love them. I never would have imagined they would add so much interest!
Beautiful and such a statement. I just purchased this butler’s tray and stand from West Elm. It has such a presence due to the X and it’s height.

Fun post, it was a bit of a where’s Waldo post:) The X frame really does add something to each space. I don’t have any X’s in my house may have to change that:)
I’m eyeballing that beautiful monogram on the blanket at the end of the bed on photo #2. Oh, and yes…the x’s are lovely, too! YOu have such fine taste, Laura!

It was a bit like Where is Waldo like Carrie mentioned. Very fun post. I have X chairs, love them to pieces.
I also love them. They do create interest.
Love the X detail. Very stylish and interesting.
