end of the week

A few things that help me end the week on the right note are the right amount of sunlight coming through,

Beautiful notions; combined, they make me think of a gorgeous cardinal perched on a sunny branch.

Living wonderfully through simple joys, can’t get better than that. Best wishes for a bright weekend, may it be all you hope it to be.

Laura,

I just love your blog. I’m not sure if I’ve visited before because I read so many blogs but I’m adding you to my blog roll to be certain not to miss any future posts. So great to have discovered you. Hope you have a great weekend.

I love that white sink, those freshly propped pillows and of course everything that you love too. Off to bring home masses of flowers for a dinner party this weekend.

I love your blog too! There is such a peaceful tranquility to it.

I adore tulips in any color. When I went to the gift mart in January, there was a vendor who had the most beautiful vases, and had a display of a whole table full of single stem tulips, in individual vases. I wish I had picked up his card…or taken a picture…it was so striking.

Flowers do make a world of difference. I have to have flowers in my home all year round.
Love that red tape on the bench. What a wonderful little detail.

I love the ribbon and nailhead trim on that ottoman … although, with the weather we’ve had in Charlotte lately, this weekend’s delightful sunshine was just about all I needed! :-)

I take the sunshine and the flowers… I take it all! Wish you a new, happy week! Ox Mon

P.S The shelf moved in w. us. As a (great!) designer, do you approve or shall I go for something else?
