by Laura Casey Interiors on October 2, 2009

The temperature is a little cooler and I’m seeing hints of fall. The leaves have started to change.

YES, I am so ready for fall! Your choices in photos are wonderful and you have inspired me! I am off to get some plants to do some fall planting this weekend. Thanks, Laura!

I would love a button to seasonally change my walls to colors of Autumn and magically bring about change! I love all the collection of leaves, pumpkins and how a home can suddenly come alive with warm shades of yellow, gold, pumpkin, pinks and red apples.

I can’t wait for fall. I loved the Orange paInted room. Robespierre did a clandentine paint job in the office room at the house and he did a version of that color. At first I thought NO WAY>>>But people who visited loved it. I think these pictures are inspiring me to tweak it……Thanks!

This post makes me a tiny bit sad that I painted over the vermillion red (really a deep, rich orange-red) in my dining room….but I was so tired of it. I still have my orange silk curtains, which make me happy every time I see them. And, for some reason, even though they are made of silk, they have not faded one bit.
