One of the projects I worked on this past year was to update a traditional family room.
Instead of using a traditional coffee table we chose an upholstered tufted bench since the couple has a young child.
Adding a small detail onto a table skirt can make a big difference in the overall appearance.
The lilacs smelled as amazing as they look!

Great job on the built-ins behind the couch. It’s not easy to get those groupings looking just right! At least not for me. We have a similar bookshelf arrangement in our living room and I keep reworking them…someday I’ll get them just right.
Also LOVE that table skirt– the detail AND the pleats!
