Dear Santa,
While I dearly love our neighboorhood, our rental house on Biltmore Drive is slightly outdated. If you could squeeze in a redo for me on Christmas Eve in the dining room I would be forever a good girl. The “retro” kitchen is too big a job to ask for an overnight fix.
This is what I am working with…There are great hardwood floors, high ceilings with nice moldings and good light.
Any of the below from F. Schumacher would do…some are a little more traditional, some are a little more transitional. Really I am very flexible, whatever is in stock will work.
I will be sure to leave extra cookies on the 24th!

Oh I especially love those 2 paisley designs that you show! I hope you get your wish granted at some point, and share the results with us!
